About Christine

Hello! I’m Christine Turner, a lifelong athlete turned ACSM certified personal trainer, RRCA certified run coach and founder/owner of CT Sculpt. I love helping individuals find a way to fit exercise into their routine through personal training, small group workouts, virtual training, run coaching and more. 

 

I enjoy being outside using the space around me to create workouts almost anywhere - parking lots, parks, walking trails, playgrounds, your garage or driveway - these locations can all provide convenient opportunities to include movement in your routine while offering a unique way to keep fitness interesting. 

 

I am based in the South Charlotte area where I live with my husband and three children. I am a 4-time marathoner, 13-time half marathoner and passionate about setting a healthy example for others. I am able to use my personal experience, education and passion for fitness to provide clients with practical workouts that will lead to consistency and progress.

 

In addition to my fitness credentials, I have a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Syracuse University and previously worked in the behavioral health field, so I understand and truly believe in the power of exercise being beneficial not only to our bodies but our minds as well.

CT Sculpt

CT Sculpt was started in 2018 in an effort to provide convenient fitness opportunities outside of a traditional gym environment to individuals of all fitness levels. I strive to connect with clients to collaborate on their fitness goals and create a plan they find enjoyable and sustainable.

I’ve been going to group workouts with CT Sculpt for the last 5 years and love the variety and challenge each workout brings. The groups are a great complement to my running routine, providing me with an opportunity to work on a variety of muscles and movements that I wouldn’t workout otherwise. I appreciate the care and time she takes to ensure that everyone is welcome, how she caters to all fitness levels and encourages everyone to do their best. I look forward to her workouts every week!"
